Hands-on workshops
Bring your laptop. Bring your work.
Learn Claude by using it on something that matters to you, with an instructor there when you get stuck.
For small businesses and nonprofits, a private workshop is a one- or two-day Claude workshop built around your team’s work, starting points, and questions, available on site anywhere in North America. For lawyers and legal staff, Shemia Fagan and I teach the Claude Bootcamp.

For small businesses and nonprofits
A private workshop.
We agree on the focus ahead of time so your team spends the day learning on work that’s relevant to them. Start with a conversation about your team and what you’d like them to be able to do.
A one-day workshop is tailored to your team and covers initial setup, basic use of the tools, and connecting Claude to your existing services. The two-day workshop adds a second day to build workflows on your own files, save the jobs your team repeats as skills it can run by name, and practice checking Claude’s work before anything leaves the office. After either workshop, I offer ongoing remote work to build on it.
Learning that carries over
You try it, and we work through it.
The questions that come up when you use your own files are part of the lesson.
You’ll alternate between instruction and hands-on work, with time to try the approach, ask for help, and share what happened. You can arrive new to AI or with tools you already use.

For lawyers and legal staff
The Claude Bootcamp.
“This has been the most important meeting I have ever attended in my entire career.”
A two-day class for lawyers and legal staff that Shemia Fagan and I teach together. Firms can book it directly with me, and Shemia and I travel anywhere in North America to teach it; Trial Lawyers University hosted our 2026 classes. Two days is the structure we recommend, and a one-day version is available for firms. The law firm page covers the curriculum, the instructors, attendee videos, and the TLU AI Conference in February 2027.
A good first step
Start with a conversation.
Bring a question, a bottleneck, or an idea for doing things differently. We’ll work out where AI can help and what kind of support makes sense.
The first call is free, on Zoom, and needs no preparation. For on-site work, I travel anywhere in North America.
